With the online penthouse apartment purchase in Pomorie we have realized our dream. Very good professional advice from Mr. Krastev. He went out of his way to guide us into the right apartment! For us a 100% recommendation! With a big THANKS !!!

We are absolutely thrilled with our apartment! Our expectations were exceeded! It has expired to my great satisfaction. A very pleasant, reliable and professional support led to a perfect purchase, a wonderful apartment by the sea. Many thanks to Mr. Krastev !!!

When I found out that an acquaintance was buying a holiday apartment by the sea in Bulgaria at a very affordable price, I initially imagined a small apartment in a shabby prefabricated building near a rocky beach with murky water. When I later saw his vacation photos from Bulgaria, the mostly negative image of Bulgaria was dead. Curious and full of suspicion, I spontaneously set off for Bulgaria. The “Ikey Estate” brokerage office was a lucky hit in the Google jungle, with which I wanted to secure my Bulgarian real estate discovery trip. With success, as it turned out later. As promised, I was picked up at the airport and housed in a studio in a residential complex in a central location with good service, restaurant and swimming pool. I was on a tight budget and had rather high standards. I was looking for a holiday apartment in the first line of the sea, preferably on a beautiful and uncrowded sandy beach in a residential complex with good infrastructure and a pool area. Ivaylo accepted this challenge. He showed me a lot of interesting properties and particularly recommended one of them. From the point of view of my wishes, he also justified his recommendation in an understandable and appropriate manner. In addition, I was shown various, non-touristy, Bulgarian places on a road trip. I found that particularly interesting, as I didn't know Bulgaria at all and could hardly get to know Bulgaria better at such short notice without his help. Ivaylo actually accompanied me personally during my entire stay in Bulgaria, advised me professionally and was extremely friendly with me. He won my trust in him personally and in Bulgaria in general relatively quickly. Otherwise, even after my return to Germany, he was always available by phone and helpful. I...

In our search for a suitable retirement home, we came across the company ikeyestate on the Internet and started an inquiry regarding a suitable property. At the same time, we also had contact with other brokers at the beginning. It quickly became apparent, however, that some people answered very late and didn't make you feel like you were in the right place. It was different with Mr Ivaylo Krastev and his German team. From the beginning they tried very hard, patiently answered all questions, gave tips and always had an open ear. Our process up to the conclusion of the notarial purchase contract takes almost 9 months due to Corona. Ultimately, however, we managed to find a short period of time and choose a nice property on site. I was picked up at Varna airport by Mr. Ivalyo and accommodated in a nice hotel in Sveti Vlas. We looked a lot and decided (my wife at home) for a nice apartment in a top location in Nessebar. Mr. Ivalyo is extremely patient and can be fully trusted. I know that now because I flew back after 5 days due to Corona and the subsequent quarantine period. Mr. Ivalyo received a power of attorney for the notarial purchase. Everything was handled to our complete satisfaction. We were informed about every step and you can say: Mr Ivalyo and his team have done more than one might actually expect. That's why they are really in good hands here. Thank you again for everything

I would like to express my thanks to our broker Ivaylo, A professional who knows what is relevant and helpful for the customer when choosing and buying a property in Bulgaria on the sunny beach and surroundings. Purchasing manager Ivaylo Krastev analyzed the real estate market, creates a wide database of exclusive offers and does everything to present the best options that meet the clients' needs. He will help you to buy real estate at a price that suits you in the region that suits you best. Ivaylo organizes qualified legal advice, and if necessary, the preparation of documents in the shortest possible time. He controls the process and takes care of his clients until the purchase contract is fully completed. Ivaylo is always punctual, reliable and friendly. It was very pleasant to work with him.

Evaluation: The agency has always stood up for our interest.  When looking for an apartment in advance, during a tour and when making a purchase.  We were always well informed about the state of affairs.  They spoke openly and honestly with each other.  We got an extra translator so that no questions were left open and no misunderstandings could arise.  The staff are very friendly, nice, competent and very reliable.  We felt it was in the best hands.  Even after the purchase has been completed, we can still rely on the employees and continue to receive help and support.  A great, honest agency.

I became aware of Ikey over the internet and immediately contacted a German employee by phone. From then on I got postings about real estates that were for sale. Ikey offers the service to pick up his clients from the airport and then drive to the different objects. I took advantage of this service with my wife and we were actually picked up at the airport and driven to the various objects over two days. Although we didn't necessarily expect it, we actually found a suitable object for us and then within the two days of our stay we made a notary contract in the presence of a lawyer and an interpreter who translated the documents. Everything was reliably organized by Ikey. We went there only once more to sign everything and to receive the land register entry. Also the foundation of a bank account in Bulgaria was done for us by our broker Ikey. I can recommend the company Ikey to everybody and as a piece of sugar even the hotel for our stay was paid by our broker. I can only recommend the company Ikey to everyone.

My name is René Geske, I found a beautiful house at ikeyestate. I was shown some houses. I was driven everywhere. One house had a special appeal for me, and I took it. I was very well looked after by Ivo, from purchase to notary to lawyer. I was provided with everything and I did not have to worry about anything. Ivo managed everything wonderfully. He is very conscientious and very nice. I can only recommend him in the highest terms. It is also important that he is always honest . If you are planning to buy a house in Bulgaria, be on the safe side. If you contact this agency you can't go wrong.

My name is Sieglinde Leber. I have bought a beautiful house from the company ikeyestate, I was well informed and cared for. It could not have gone better. I live in Victoria Lakes North that Ivo showed me. I am so excited. I live in the house now and feel like I am on holiday. It all worked out great. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Ivo drove me everywhere, did everything there was to do with me. Now the house is mine, everything was done with a lawyer at the notary. I did not have to take care of anything. I can only recommend Ivo and if someone has a question from Germany you can always ask me. This broker has experience and what I find very important. He is honest and very nice and very helpful.
