    When I found out that an acquaintance was buying a holiday apartment by the sea in Bulgaria at a very affordable price, I initially imagined a small apartment in a shabby prefabricated building near a rocky beach with murky water. When I later saw his vacation photos from Bulgaria, the mostly negative image of Bulgaria was dead. Curious and full of suspicion, I spontaneously set off for Bulgaria. The “Ikey Estate” brokerage office was a lucky hit in the Google jungle, with which I wanted to secure my Bulgarian real estate discovery trip. With success, as it turned out later. As promised, I was picked up at the airport and housed in a studio in a residential complex in a central location with good service, restaurant and swimming pool. I was on a tight budget and had rather high standards. I was looking for a holiday apartment in the first line of the sea, preferably on a beautiful and uncrowded sandy beach in a residential complex with good infrastructure and a pool area.
