I became aware of Ikey over the internet and immediately contacted a German employee by phone. From then on I got postings about real estates that were for sale. Ikey offers the service to pick up his clients from the airport and then drive to the different objects. I took advantage of this service with my wife and we were actually picked up at the airport and driven to the various objects over two days. Although we didn't necessarily expect it, we actually found a suitable object for us and then within the two days of our stay we made a notary contract in the presence of a lawyer and an interpreter who translated the documents. Everything was reliably organized by Ikey. We went there only once more to sign everything and to receive the land register entry. When I found out that an acquaintance was buying a holiday apartment by the sea in Bulgaria at a very affordable price, I initially imagined a small apartment in a shabby prefabricated building near a rocky beach with murky water. When I later saw his vacation photos from Bulgaria, the mostly negative image of Bulgaria was dead. Curious and full of suspicion, I spontaneously set off for Bulgaria. The “Ikey Estate” brokerage office was a lucky hit in the Google jungle, with which I wanted to secure my Bulgarian real estate discovery trip. With success, as it turned out later. As promised, I was picked up at the airport and housed in a studio in a residential complex in a central location with good service, restaurant and swimming pool.
