I became aware of Ikey over the internet and immediately contacted a German employee by phone. From then on I got postings about real estates that were for sale. When I found out that an acquaintance was buying a holiday apartment by the sea in Bulgaria at a very affordable price, I initially imagined a small apartment in a shabby prefabricated building near a rocky beach with murky water. When I later saw his vacation photos from Bulgaria, the mostly negative image of Bulgaria was dead. Curious and full of suspicion, I spontaneously set off for Bulgaria. The “Ikey Estate” brokerage office was a lucky hit in the Google jungle, with which I wanted to secure my Bulgarian real estate discovery trip. With success, as it turned out later.
